9 Goals™ is a strategic planning tool that allows organizations and individuals to set and measure progress on Big, Medium and small goals.  It uses a round of golf as an easy and fun metaphor.  While 9 Goals™ can be used effectively by individuals alone, its greatest power is when utilized throughout an organization, with senior leadership playing the first round, sharing it with the entire organization, then having divisions, departments and individuals design and play their rounds in alignment with the organization’s game.  An annual process, 9 Goals™ provides a powerful way to communicate the organization’s most important objectives and harness every employee’s creativity to contribute to those objectives. 

Objectives/Agenda

• Declare what you’re up to – your Game – what will make you jump out of bed in the morning! (Vision and Values)
• Develop a strategic plan with just 9 Goals that will move that game forward most effectively in the coming year.
•  Identify objectives and obstacles within each of those 9 Goals, and measure progress with a point tracking system.
• Create alignment within the organization by having each division or department, and every individual, create a 9 Goals™ game that works with the organization’s 9 Goals™.
• Choosing the most high leverage goals – letting go of the rest
• Have a system by which to measure progress for individuals, divisions, and the entire organization.

Fees do not include ancillary expenses such as travel, express mail, and materials.  Fees are payable 50% in advance (within 15 days of engagement), and 50% within 15 days of delivery.
