Magellan Enterprises was founded in 1995, by Ginger Jenks, MCC.  We are a boutique coaching firm of International Coach Federation (ICF) certified coaches, located in the US, Canada, UK, Sweden and Australia.  We are passionate about the power of coaching to transform individuals, teams and organizations for the better.  All of our coaches are leaders in the field of coaching, and have worked together in leadership positions with the International Coach Federation to continually improve the profession of coaching as it grows.  Many of us have also been long-time participants in the Executive Coaching Summit, an annual gathering of 100 of the top executive coaches in the world, designed to share best practices and forge new ideas in a "think tank" atmosphere.
 

Magellan Enterprises is a virtual company, meaning that our coaches are not physically located together.  With a cadre of highly qualified and experienced coaches, we find that fluid teaming is an optimal solution for our firm, allowing us to scale up or down, as required by our current client commitments.  We utilize the services of a top-flight virtual assistant to help us with administrative duties.  Ginger Jenks, MCC, is the President of Magellan Enterprises, and is located in Durango, Colorado, US, and is responsible for client satisfaction.  We share is a commitment to excellence in coaching, delivered with integrity, insight and some fun.  We also share a commitment to the International Coach Federation's Code of Ethics and Coaching Core Competencies, and many of us helped develop these standards for the profession.
