Ginger Jenks, MCC

Ginger Jenks is an Executive Coach who specializes in the
areas of leadership development, communication, team building and life
design. She works with organizations, teams and individuals, coaching them
to be who they are capable of being – not just who they can get away with
being. Ginger has created several programs to facilitate this, including
the Professional Human Being program.
Ginger is the President of Magellan Enterprises, which
she founded in 1995. She is in the top 1% of her profession, as a
Master Certified Coach, the highest level of certification awarded by the
International Coach Federation.
Ginger has served on the Board of Directors for the
International Coach Federation (a global organization of 15,000 coaches from
over 80 countries), the Advisory Board of the International Consortium for
Coaching in Organizations, and presently serves on the Finance Committee
for the ICF. She has also held various other leadership positions in
organizations outside of coaching.
Drawing forth the potential in the whole person or team
is Ginger’s sweet spot – more joy, better results! Consciousness around
goals, vision and communication develops stronger mental agility and more
wins. She excels in many venues - Ginger is a top national competitor with
her champion Samoyeds in dog agility and conformation. At the age of 16,
she performed with the Boston Pops Orchestra, under Arthur Fiedler. A core
Magellan concept is that leaders who are Professional Human Beings –
attending to development of all aspects of themselves - lead happier lives,
which translates into more success in all venues.
Originally from the Boston area, Ginger presently lives
in the beautiful mountain town of Durango, Colorado. She coaches several
CEO’s, and clients have hailed from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups to
agility competitors. Many of her clients are associated with the
commercial real estate industry, where Ginger spent 13 years in development
and asset management and has considerable expertise and experience.
Ginger views her purpose in life as experiencing joy and helping others to do the same.
