Ginger Jenks specializes in leadership development, communication, team building and life design. She works with organizations, teams and individuals, coaching them to be who they are capable of being.

The author of the book, “Wag, Live, Love – What Dogs Teach Us About Happiness and Life,” Ginger has also created several coaching programs, including SuperTeam, 9 Goals and Professional Human Being.

Ginger is the CEO of Magellan Enterprises, which she founded in 1995. Ginger has served on the Board of Directors and the Finance and Executive Coaching Committees for the International Coach Federation (a global organization of 19,000 coaches from over 100 countries) and the Advisory Board of the International Consortium for Coaching in Organizations.  She has also held various other leadership positions in organizations outside of coaching.

Ginger is a top competitor with her Grand Champion Samoyeds in dog agility and conformation. She is an accomplished trumpet player, having at the age of 16,performed with the Boston Pops Orchestra, under Arthur Fiedler. Originally from Boston, Ginger presently lives in beautiful Colorado. Many of her clients are associated with the commercial real estate industry, where Ginger spent 13 years andhas considerable expertise and experience.

Has headed up training for Results Coaching Systems in Europe for past three years and has trained over 400 individuals in coaching skills both on open programmes and in the workplace, for example training over 50 partners in legal firm. Also trained HR specialists in Sloan Kettering Cancer Centre, New York. In previous career was responsible for design and action learning programme in own business that won a National Training Awards commendation and Investors In People programme.

Consultancy experience:

Prior to becoming a coach was a corporate communications consultant advising a wide range of organisations on their internal and external communications. Clients included Barclays Bank, Open University, BDO Binder Hamlyn, VSO, Milton Keynes Economic Partnership and Diageo.

Business experience:

After a career in educational public relations with The Open University and University of North London, started own corporate communications consultancy. Clients included BDO Binder Hamlyn, The Open Business School, Cranfield School of Management, Barclays Bank and Training and Enterprise Councils. Also served as non executive director on Milton Keynes Foundation and Milton Keynes Theatre and Gallery Company (£30m Lottery Fund project).

Søren Holm, MCC

 

Søren Holm is one of the most accomplished and experienced coaches in the Nordic Region of Europe. He has a university degree in behavioural sciences, followed by more than 25 years experience as a trainer, consultant and manager. He was a founder and second president of the Nordic Coach Federation, a board member and vice president of the International Coach Federation and is a Professional Certified Coach by ICF.

Over the years Søren has worked with hundreds of coaching clients from many different backgrounds. He excels with fast, entrepreneurial clients who are willing to grow their results by growing themselves, and who see the connection between inner growth and outer results.

Cathryn Mattson

Cathryn Mattson

Cathryn Mattson is an experienced executive who has worked across a variety of industries and sectors, both domestically and globally.

She has held senior leadership positions in Fortune 100 companies as well as leading nonprofits. In addition to managing organizations, she has coached executives in manufacturing, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, financial services, arts management, education and a broad spectrum of mission-driven organizations.

Because of her interest in and commitment to helping leaders fully develop their potential, Cathryn’s offerings include individual and team coaching, as well as workshops, focused on improving communications and interpersonal skills, developing leadership presence and effectiveness, and leading a more satisfying life.

Cathryn’s educational background includes an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Columbia Business School, an MAT in English from Converse College and a BA magna cum laude in English and Spanish from Tufts University. She is also a graduate of the Newfield Network’s coach training and certification program and have attended leadership and coaching programs at the Center for Creative Leadership, the Aspen Institute and the Harvard Medical School Continuing Education program.

Since 1995, Linda has been an executive coach, trainer and facilitator.  In 1997, Linda helped launch Corporate Coach U, a leader in organizational coach training, and in 2000, Linda was recruited by The Ken Blanchard Companies to launch its coaching business. Since her transition into coaching, Linda has coached and trained leaders and teams globally.  In addition, she is a keynote speaker and designs and delivers customized workshops including “Coaching Essentials for Leaders,” a coach training program that The Ken Blanchard Companies offers throughout the world.

Linda has co-authored two books, including Coaching in Organizations: Best Practices from The Ken Blanchard Companies and co-authored chapters about coaching in Leading at a Higher Level, from The Ken Blanchard Companies and in Coaching for Leadership by Marshall Goldsmith.  Linda has also been featured in numerous articles, radio and TV segments including the Los Angeles Times, Seattle Times, Strategy and Leadership, HR Magazine and ASTD’s Training and Development, KING 5 TV News and on NPR radio.

Holding two master’s degrees and an honorary doctorate for her contribution to the coaching profession, Linda worked for 12 years in the behavioural science field. Active in the International Coach Federation (ICF), Linda is a former board member and founding recipient of the Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation. While residing in Seattle and in Phoenix, Linda co-founded and co-hosted local ICF chapters. One of the highlights for Linda in recent years has been co-leading a team that has moderated Arizona state legislative debates in 2008, 2010, and 2012.

Internationally recognized business advisor Michelle Payne turned to coaching after a decade of executive leadership in the retail industry. She’s passionate about helping others understand their power and apply it to achieving their goals.

Dan Petersen

Dan Petersen is a personal and professional development coach based in Cortez, Colorado. He works with organizations who know the value of having leaders who can respond to any situation with authenticity and ingenuity. Using the principles of “inside-out leadership,” Dan helps managers and executives access their highest human capacity. His coaching supports them in becoming resourceful leaders able to address today’s unique business challenges. The foundation of his work is helping individuals transform hidden potential into functional competence. Dan was the founder and leader of the Edges Learning Community for coaches for ten years.

Prior to becoming a leadership coach, Dan was a healthcare practitioner for more than twenty years in San Diego, California. He received his DDS from USC and holds a master’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Dan completed post-graduate work in orthodontics and holistic healing with an emphasis on body/mind psychology. Certified as a coach by the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, Dan was also a faculty member of their Coaching Intensive Training and seminar programs.

 


David Matthew Prior, MCC

He previously served on the coaching faculty at New York University (NYU) for three years in the Department of Human Capital Management. David’s depth as a top tier coach evolved from a diversity of experience, including previous career stints from Trust and Financial Planning Officer with Chase Bank Texas to professional Acting Instructor of Improvisation at the Michael Howard Studios in New York.
