Team Building – Be an Orchestra instead of soloists 

General Description

Is your team Forming, Storming, Norming or Performing?  Learn how to recognize and facilitate each of these team phases.   Whether teams are long or short term, permanent or fluid, understanding how to get teams to work together effectively is one of the most challenging tasks for any organization.  Project and process skills will be covered.  The half and full day programs include a survival game that provides participants an opportunity to experience their team dynamics in a safe and facilitated environment.

*Fees do not include ancillary expenses such as travel, express mail, and materials.  Fees are payable 50% in advance (within 15 days of engagement), and 50% within 15 days of delivery.
