Magellan Enterprises was founded in 1995, by Ginger Jenks, CFF. We are passionate about the power of coaching to transform individuals, teams and organizations for the better.

Ginger Jenks, CFF, is the CEO of Magellan Enterprises and is responsible for client satisfaction. Ginger has an unwavering commitment to excellence in coaching and facilitation, and delivers with integrity, insight and fun. Ginger is currently a Speaker Resource, Certified Forum Facilitator and member of the CFF Ambassador Group for YPO (Young Presidents Organization, whose members are over 34,000 chief executives in 140 countries). A former ICF board member, Ginger earned the Master Coach (MCC) designation from the ICF in 2001 and held that credential for over 20 years. She was also formerly on the faculty of Siemens’ Leadership Excellence program. She has been a TEDx Speaker (https://www.ted.com/search?q=ginger%20jenks), and has excelled in classical music, ski racing and showing dogs in both conformation and agility with Samoyeds.
