Ginger Jenks, CFF

Ginger Jenks specializes in leadership development, communication, team building and life design. She works with organizations, teams and individuals, coaching them to be who they are capable of being.

The author of the book, “Wag, Live, Love – What Dogs Teach Us About Happiness and Life,” Ginger has also created several coaching programs, including SuperTeam, 9 Goals and Professional Human Being.

Ginger is the CEO of Magellan Enterprises, which she founded in 1995. As a Master Certified Coach, the highest credential awarded by the International Coach Federation, Ginger is in the top 1% of her profession.  She is also a YPO (Young Presidents Organization) Speaker Resource.  See a sample facilitation/speaking video here.  Ginger also has many national media credits.

Ginger has served on the Board of Directors and the Finance and Executive Coaching Committees for the International Coach Federation (a global organization of 19,000 coaches from over 100 countries) and the Advisory Board of the International Consortium for Coaching in Organizations.  She has also held various other leadership positions in organizations outside of coaching.

With deep experience in coaching and personal success in business, sports and music, Ginger brings a unique perspective to her clients and audiences. Dynamic, fun and funny, Ginger’s programs deliver on many levels: practical take-aways, new concepts, deep wisdom and memorable stories.

Ginger is a top competitor with her Grand Champion Samoyeds in dog agility and conformation. She is an accomplished trumpet player, having at the age of 16,performed with the Boston Pops Orchestra, under Arthur Fiedler. Originally from Boston, Ginger presently lives in beautiful Colorado with her family. She coaches several CEO’s, and clients have ranged from executives at Fortune 500 companies, to entrepreneurs, to agility competitors. Many of her clients are associated with the commercial real estate industry, where Ginger spent 13 years andhas considerable expertise and experience.

Ginger’s life purpose is to experience joy and help others to do the same.


Søren Holm, MCC

Søren Holm is one of the most accomplished and experienced coaches in the Nordic Region of Europe. He has a university degree in behavioural sciences, followed by more than 25 years experience as a trainer, consultant and manager. He was a founder and second president of the Nordic Coach Federation, a board member and vice president of the International Coach Federation and is a Professional Certified Coach by ICF.

Over the years Søren has worked with hundreds of coaching clients from many different backgrounds. He excels with fast, entrepreneurial clients who are willing to grow their results by growing themselves, and who see the connection between inner growth and outer results.

In addition to his coaching services, Søren offers training in Core Competencies for Leaders.


 Linda_Miller_MCCLinda Miller, MCC

Since 1995, Linda has been an executive coach, trainer and facilitator.  In 1997, Linda helped launch Corporate Coach U, a leader in organizational coach training, and in 2000, Linda was recruited by The Ken Blanchard Companies to launch its coaching business. Since her transition into coaching, Linda has coached and trained leaders and teams globally.  In addition, she is a keynote speaker and designs and delivers customized workshops including “Coaching Essentials for Leaders,” a coach training program that The Ken Blanchard Companies offers throughout the world.

Linda has co-authored two books, including Coaching in Organizations: Best Practices from The Ken Blanchard Companies and co-authored chapters about coaching in Leading at a Higher Level, from The Ken Blanchard Companies and in Coaching for Leadership by Marshall Goldsmith.  Linda has also been featured in numerous articles, radio and TV segments including the Los Angeles Times, Seattle Times, Strategy and Leadership, HR Magazine and ASTD’s Training and Development, KING 5 TV News and on NPR radio.

Holding two master’s degrees and an honorary doctorate for her contribution to the coaching profession, Linda worked for 12 years in the behavioural science field. Active in the International Coach Federation (ICF), Linda is a former board member and founding recipient of the Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation. While residing in Seattle and in Phoenix, Linda co-founded and co-hosted local ICF chapters. One of the highlights for Linda in recent years has been co-leading a team that has moderated Arizona state legislative debates in 2008, 2010, and 2012.
